Product terms

These terms apply to AgenticGTM digital products. AgenticGTM is a UK-based digital-product business. Purchases are processed by Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record, so Lemon Squeezy’s Buyer Terms also apply to the transaction.

The product

The SaaS Sales Manager Control Room Founding Edition is a downloadable workbook and manager playbook containing fictional example data and AI-assisted workflow prompts. It is a management and educational resource, not hosted software or a replacement for your CRM, company policies, legal duties or professional advice.

Individual licence

Your purchase grants one named buyer a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use and adapt the files for their own professional work. You may make reasonable working and backup copies for yourself. You may not share the source files with other managers, publish them, resell them, sublicense them, remove ownership notices or use them to create a competing product. Team and company use requires a separate licence.

Delivery and access

Files are made available electronically after successful payment. You are responsible for providing an accurate email address, downloading the files and keeping a secure backup. If delivery fails, contact us and include the order email or reference.

Refunds and cancellation

The product is digital content supplied immediately after purchase. At checkout you may be asked to consent to immediate supply and acknowledge the effect on any statutory cancellation right. Once the files have been made available or downloaded, purchases are generally non-refundable unless the product is faulty, materially not as described or a refund is otherwise required by law. Lemon Squeezy may also issue refunds under its own buyer terms and policies.

Your data and AI tools

You decide what CRM, customer, employee or company information may be entered into the workbook or submitted to any AI service. Do not share information that your policies, agreements or law prohibit. Review AI outputs before acting and do not use them as the sole basis for employment, compensation, disciplinary or other high-impact decisions.

Intellectual property

All intellectual-property rights in the original product, structure, copy and branding remain with AgenticGTM and its licensors. Your licence covers use of the purchased files; it does not transfer ownership.

Availability and updates

The purchase covers the edition described at checkout. We may correct defects or improve future editions, but ongoing updates, support or compatibility with every spreadsheet or AI product are not promised unless expressly stated.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, AgenticGTM is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost revenue, lost opportunity or decisions made using the product. Our total liability arising from the product will not exceed the amount paid for it.

Law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts with mandatory consumer jurisdiction remain unaffected. Questions about the product or licence can be sent to support@agenticgtm.com.
