AgenticGTM is a UK-based digital-product business. This notice explains how we use personal information when you visit this site, contact us or buy an AgenticGTM product.

Information we receive

• Contact information and the contents of messages you send us.
• Order, billing and transaction information supplied through Lemon Squeezy.
• Basic technical and security information needed to deliver and protect the website.

Payment-card details are handled by Lemon Squeezy and its payment partners. We do not receive or store your full card details.

Why we use it

We use personal information to fulfil purchases, provide product access and support, respond to enquiries, keep records, prevent misuse and meet legal obligations. Our lawful bases are performance of a contract, legitimate interests in operating and improving the business, and compliance with legal obligations. We will ask for consent where consent is required.

Who receives it

Lemon Squeezy acts as merchant of record for purchases and handles checkout, payment, tax, receipts and digital delivery. Website hosting and email providers process limited data on our behalf where needed to provide their services. We do not sell personal information.

International transfers

Some providers may process information outside the United Kingdom. Where this happens, the relevant provider is responsible for using an approved transfer mechanism or other lawful safeguard.

Retention

We keep purchase and accounting records for the period required by law. Enquiry and support records are normally kept only while they remain useful for the relationship or resolving an issue, then deleted or anonymised.

This launch site does not use advertising cookies or non-essential analytics. Hosting and checkout providers may use strictly necessary technologies for security, reliability, fraud prevention and completing a purchase. Lemon Squeezy’s own privacy information applies when you open its checkout.
